Before the event we go through the programme with you: the key moments, the speakers, and the guests and sponsors who need to be in the pictures.
Discreet in the room
We move quietly through the room. We capture speakers, guests and atmosphere and leave the programme undisturbed.
In your guests' language
Dutch, French and English, and in Barcelona also Spanish and Catalan. Guests feel at ease, and group photos come together quickly.
Large and multi-day events
For conferences with several rooms or several days, a team of photographers works together, coordinated and in one style.
Photos while the event is running
We can deliver a first selection on site while your event is still running, ready for social media and the press. Photos can also be shown live on screen in the room or printed on the spot.
